Delete Your Account
You can delete your FleetBase account and all of its data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. You do not need to give a reason.
Delete from inside the app (instant)
- Sign in to FleetBase.
- Tap Account in the top bar.
- Tap Delete account…
- Enter your password to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.
Deletion takes effect immediately.
Can't sign in? Email us
Email info@azurydigital.co.uk with the subject "Delete my FleetBase account", sending from the email address the account is registered to (so we can verify it's you). We will action the request and confirm by reply within 30 days — usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, business name, email address and hashed password)
- Every vehicle you added, including all details, key dates, service history, cached DVLA/DVSA data and reminder history
- All uploaded documents, photos and files
- Your reminder settings
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing about your vehicles is kept. The only records that may survive deletion are ones we are legally required to hold, such as purchase records for tax purposes — these do not include any of your fleet content.
There is no undo. If you might want your fleet records later (for example for your accountant, insurer or a vehicle sale), use Export CSV and download your documents before deleting.
